Ramen 21: Use of Leftovers

 After the extravaganza of the ramen making the day before (see related link for more info on that all day adventure), there was very little enthusiasm for making anything from scratch, and also a great deal of leftovers clogging up the fridge (but in a good way).
This is one of the things that I did with the extra meat & egg.
Certainly doesn't compare to some of the extravagant things seen on the internet but I think the delicious pork and the delicious soaked egg totally make up for it.
In fact for about a week after the ramen thing I kept making new soft boiled eggs and soaking them in the porky soy saucy excellence... (I stopped after a week because, it seemed like it would get exponentially less safe for consumption as time passed, but it was glorious while it lasted.)
