Description

My personal favorite flavor of ramen. There's probably an easier way to do all of it but we found this recipe and online and figured if we're going to do it we should DO IT!

Ingredients

1 Chicken (Whole Chicken with breast meat removed)
1bnGreen Onion
1 Ginger (smashed with the side of a knife)
1clvGarlic (smashed with the side of a knife)
2 Bay Leaf
1dsPepper
1 Apple
1cSake

Instructions

 1. Add ingredients to pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 3 hours. Skim fat as it comes up. (About an hour into boiling we added some additional ginger and garlic).
2. Filter Chicken Stock.
