Description

Delicious and simple, non-chocolate fudge.

Ingredients

3⁄4cbutter (Need extra for coating foil)
3csugar
3⁄4cHeavy Whipping Cream
12ozWhite Chips
7ozMarshmallow Creme
2 Black Cherry Soft drink mix (or other flavor)

Instructions

1. Line a 13in x 9in pan with foil and grease the foil with some butter, set aside.
2. In a heavy sauce pan, combine the sugar, cream and 3/4 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 4 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla chips and marshmallow creme.
4. Put 1 cup aside. Add drink mix to the remaining mixture. Pour into pan. Add the set aside portion to pan and make a swirly design.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares, store in an airtight container.
